INGREDIENTS:

  • 80 gr of flour.
  • 120 gr of sugar.
  • A liter of milk.
  • A spoonful of ajonjoli.
  • 75 gr of ajonjoli.
  • Cinamon
  • The peel of a lemon.

STEPS

1- Fry the ajonjoli with the lemon peel.
2- Put the oil together with the flour, sugar and stik witha spoon.
3- Add the milk by little until it thickens and it will be neady to senue on a few bowls.
4- Ret the cinamon over the pulley and wait for it to cool to be able to eat it.
