• 250 grams of frozen shrimp.
  • 6 garlic.
  • 1 spoonful of olive oil.
  • 2 slices of bread.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.


  1. Chop the garlic.
  2. Fry the garlic in a frying pan with a spoonful of olive oil. When they start to get Brown colour, add the shrimps
  3. Leave them in the frying pan until they are fried and you have reduced the liquid that the shrimps release.
  4. Toast the bread and spread it with mayonnaise. Set the shrimps on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
