- 250 grams of frozen shrimp.
- 6 garlic.
- 1 spoonful of olive oil.
- 2 slices of bread.
- Chop the garlic.
- Fry the garlic in a frying pan with a spoonful of olive oil. When they start to get Brown colour, add the shrimps
- Leave them in the frying pan until they are fried and you have reduced the liquid that the shrimps release.
- Toast the bread and spread it with mayonnaise. Set the shrimps on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
