INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 and a half litre of milk
  • half kilo of rice
  •  cuarter part kilogram of sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • and the peel of two lemons

PREPARATION:

The peel of the lemos cinamos and the rice are puted in a big pot with water in the higgest fire then we wait for the boiling of the water and then the milk are putted with the sugar and wait for the boiling 2 minutes left put it in a big dish and wait 1 hour for introduce it in the fridge.
